𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting within 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is also highly valued.

As an 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿, you'll manage the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

🔹 Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Accounting & Finance and related disciplines

🔹 Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates

🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs

🔹 Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement

🔹 Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships

🔹 Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business

✅ 3+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of recruiting experience in an agency, staffing, or search firm environment

✅ Accounting & Finance recruiting experience preferred

✅ Professional services recruiting experience highly valued

✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

✅ High sense of urgency and strong follow-through

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing client needs

✅ Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

✅ Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

✅ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
