𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 3+ years agency/staffing recruiting experience required

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: Accounting & Finance

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting within 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is also highly valued.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢

As an 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿, you'll manage the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Accounting & Finance and related disciplines

Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs

Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement

Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business

3+ 𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of recruiting experience in an agency, staffing, or search firm environment

Accounting & Finance recruiting experience preferred

Professional services recruiting experience highly valued

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

High sense of urgency and strong follow-through

Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing client needs

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
