This is not a transactional recruiting role, it's an opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while developing innovative sourcing strategies that directly impact LSI's success.If you're energized by executive searches, headhunting, talent intelligence, and building relationships with exceptional professionals, we'd love to hear from you.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and evergreen roles.Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and long-term talent community development.Build and maintain talent pipelines focused on leadership, project management, accounting, finance, and succession-critical positions.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively develop candidate pipelines.Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.Ensure compliance with all federal and state and local employment laws.Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote the employer as an employer of choice.Develop recruitment contentEducation And/Or Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruiting, or a related field.
