We are seeking a senior Executive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke interior, cabinetry and furniture projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment where quality, detail, and service are paramount.
You will manage complex, high-value projects from concept through to installation—coordinating in-house design and production teams, coordinating timelines, managing clients and internal workflows, and ensuring flawless execution on site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of specialist interior packages and custom build projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and design intent are met
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout each project lifecycle
Create and manage project timelines, installation schedules, and progress reporting
Oversee procurement and logistics, coordinating with fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of custom components
Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues with a solution-oriented mindset
Work closely with the creative team to translate design vision into executable project plans
Maintain documentation, contracts, and cost tracking for each project
Requirements
Experience working in a construction project management capacity, with a strong background in interior fit out.
Strong organisational and time management skills - able to juggle multiple complex timelines and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a polished, client-facing manner.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort managing on-site installation work.
Familiarity with project management tools and documentation.
A passion for craftsmanship, detail, and delivering outstanding built environments.
