Executive Project Partner to the CEO -$90,000–$120,000 + Outstanding Benefits Plus….

A Real Partnership: Work directly with the CEO and have a meaningful voice in how priorities are managed and projects get done.

Room to Grow: Your responsibilities will expand as your capabilities and interests develop. This is an opportunity to build your career, not simply occupy a position.

Trust and Autonomy: Bring your experience and ideas, exercise your judgment, and take ownership of your results.

A Chance to Make an Impact: Your work will influence how effectively the CEO operates and how successfully the business moves forward.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you are energized by walking into a complicated situation, quickly figuring out what matters, connecting the dots, and making things happen this is for you.

We're seeking a sharp, resourceful, highly organized professional to work directly with our CEO as a trusted partner in keeping the business moving forward. This is not a traditional EA role built around calendars and meeting logistics. Those things matter, but they're only part of the picture.

You'll take ownership of special projects, solve problems before they become problems, bring structure to moving pieces, and make sure that ideas are turned into action. Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, extreme ownership, and the inner drive to accept nothing less than excellence will empower you to succeed.

You'll have a seat at the table, direct access to the CEO, meaningful responsibility, and plenty of opportunity to expand your role and grow.

  • Take projects from initial idea through execution, keeping people, priorities, timelines, and communication on track.
  • Help drive special initiatives, company events, operational improvements, and business projects.
  • Research, analyze information, connect the dots, and bring thoughtful solutions to the table.
  • Manage a complex calendar and inbox with an eye toward priorities, not just appointments.
  • Anticipate conflicts, identify roadblocks, and recognize what needs attention before someone has to ask.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials that make decisions easier and time more productive.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
  • Follow through, close loops, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
  • Handle sensitive information with maturity, sound judgment, and absolute discretion.
  • Bring order to complexity while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
