Executive Nutrition Assistant RemoteKey Responsibilities:Outreach & Engagement ManagementManage a high-volume, ever-changing calendar, including speaking engagements, internal meetings, donor calls, and travelPrioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts with sound judgment and clear communicationCoordinate all logistics for speaking engagements (virtual and in-person), including speaker agreements, book sales and signings, continuing medical education inquiries, audio/visual requirements, and other paperworkEnsure websites are updated with new speaking events as confirmedCoordinate and schedule media and interview requestsCoordinate travel reimbursements and honorarium donation invoicing related to speaking events, including working with Executive Vice President, Operations to track outstanding requests and paymentsAdministrative & Operational SupportAssist with webinar presentation and engagementCoordinate and send monthly thank you and birthday cards to donors from the PresidentCoordinate and send staff birthday and work anniversary recognitionsSupport special projects and organizational initiatives as neededQualifications:3-6+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in a nonprofit or media environmentExcellent written and spoken communication skillsExceptional calendar management skills, particularly for a public-facing speakerHigh level of discretion and professionalismProven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changesDetail-oriented with strong personal organizational systemsProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, and scheduling platformsAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environmentBenefits:Fully remote workplaceHealth insuranceLife insuranceUnlimited PTOOptional participation in 401(k) after 12 months of employmentSalary Range: $45,000 – $80,000Location: Remote
