Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Consultants, support requirements for RFQ R Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Consultant Services (Integration Management Services). In special circumstances, the need may arise for the staff augmentation services of a uniquely qualified candidate(s).Provide Software Quality Assurance and Cyber Security Consultant Services for the maintenance of Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Software Applications and Plant Control Systems for continued compliance with SWPF Quality Assurance (QA) Program and the Cyber Security Program at the Savannah River Site (SRS) under SRMC (The IMC Contractor).DUTIES: Provide a variety of subject matter expertise to an assigned functional area.TASK REQUIREMENTS Provide DOE Order and ASME NQA-1 consultation and technical support for the maintenance of SWPF Software Applications and Plant Control Systems, and associated life cycle documentationProvide DOE Order and ASME NQA-1 consultation and technical support for the SWPF Transition activities to IMC Contractor related to sf=software lifecycle processes, quality assurance, engineering, and other related areas as needed.Conduct semi-annual configuration audits of the SWPF BPCS Production Software in accordance with SWPF ProceduresConduct annual reviews of the SWPF Safety Instrumented System Software in accordance with SWPF ProceduresConduct compliance and implementation assessments of SWPF Activities and software applications/plant control systems as neededReview all cyber security plans and procedure generation/modifications for SWPF Software applications and plant control systemsDELIVERABLES - NQA-1 SOFTWARE CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR SWPF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS Technical support for the operation and maintenance of SWPF software applications and plant control systems to support SWPF operations, including reviews of software modifications andassociated lifecycle documentation.Technical support during and after the SWPF transition for the review and integration of SWPF processes and procedures with that of the IMC Contractor.Semi-annual configuration audit reports of the SWPF BPCS production installation in accordance with SWPF procedures.Annual surveillance reports of the SWPF SIS in accordance with SWPF procedures.Assessment reports of SWPF activities and SWPF software applications/plant control systems as needed.QualificationsWORK REQUIREMENTS ProSidian Consulting shall provide a service platform, professional, and administrative support for a Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance Consultant who can work in alignment with DOE Order 414.1D and ASME NQA-1 expertise in software quality assurance, and NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-82 expertise in cyber security to provide SQA/Cyber support for the maintenance of SWPF software applications and plant control systems for continued compliance with the SWPF QA Program and SWPF Cyber Security Program for continued safe operations of SWPF.The Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance Consultant, shall provide support for the SWPF transition activities to the Integrated Mission Completion (IMC) Contractor, including review and integration of SWPF procedures and processes with that of the IMC Contractor related to software lifecycle activities.The Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance Consultant, shall provide remote support, with periodic on-site assistance for SWPF Engineering and Quality Assurance activities."PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION(S) Personnel qualifications call for an Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance Consultant with a minimum of 20 years of experience in real-time software engineering, quality, and metrics with active participation on the ASME NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance SubcommitteeTrained professional with certificate training and qualifications per SWPF RequirementsWork products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
