• 7+ years leading hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, or multi-unit operation
• Proven success leading complex operations and developing exceptional leadership team
• Strong financial and operational expertise
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skill
• High emotional intelligence
• Unquestioned integrity
• Passion for hospitality
