QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years leading hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, or multi-unit operation
- Proven success leading complex operations and developing exceptional leadership team
- Strong financial and operational expertise
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skill
- High emotional intelligence
- Unquestioned integrity
- Passion for hospitality
