Capgemini is seeking an ASE Facilitator to design and lead immersive multi-day DesignShops for senior stakeholders in a hybrid/onsite role. You will create conditions for group genius, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with a diverse ASE team to deliver ~20 sessions annually from the NY area.
The ideal candidate will bring executive presence, strong client engagement, and comfort with a beginner’s mindset to learn Capgemini’s ASE methodology and contribute to business development efforts.
