Job Description

Direct, overseeandmanage alltribal,HUD, Tax Credit and Permanent Supportive Housing operations and activities oftheWarm Springs HousingAuthority (WSHA). ManageWSHAin compliancewithapplicable tribal law, WSHA policy, and other applicable rules and regulations. Prepare the annual budget and necessary reports for the various housing projects . Implement grant work to complete projectsasproposed in grantapplications. Seek andapply foradditional fundingto expandor improvehousing ontheWarm Springs Reservation. Maintain good relationships with staff, customers, vendors and allthose involved in WSHA operations . ReportsdirectlytotheWSHABoard ofCommissioners.

Requirements

Bachelor ’s degree in business administration or relatedfield . Fiveyears’ experience in the housing field.Five years’ supervisory experience. Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License.No felony convictions on recordandnomisdemeanorconvictions within oneyear ofapplication date .
