This role shapes thousands of jobseekers’ careers and guides hundreds of employers in building the workforce they need to grow in a rapidly changing labor market.
The incumbent will set the strategic direction with the Board, oversee budgets, HR, and IT, and strengthen partnerships with local boards, state agencies, and employers.
