Executive Director, Workforce Development & Adult Education

YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking an Executive Director for its Education and Training Branch in the Boston area. The leader will drive program design, CQI integration, and collaboration with public funders to achieve requested outcomes for students and employers.

The position oversees a $2.7 million operating budget across three locations, guiding 35–40 staff and reporting to the Chief Social Responsibility Officer. It requires vision, energy, and an entrepreneurial approach to growth.
