Executive Director, Washington Community Information Exchange (CIE)Comagine Health is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Executive Director, Washington Community Information Exchange (CIE). This role serves as the senior leader and lead project manager for a multi-year partnership with the State of Washington to design, implement, and operationalize a statewide Community Information Exchange.The Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and financial oversight to support standardized data exchange, system interoperability, and scalable support for Community Care Hubs across Washington State. This leader will work closely with state agencies, community organizations, technology partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with contractual obligations, statewide priorities, and Comagine Health's mission and values.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Stewardship (80%)Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Washington CIE programEnsure adequate staffing, regulatory compliance, and adherence to organizational and client policiesLead cross-functional teams supporting implementation and operational delivery of the statewide CIE initiativeDrive achievement of key program objectives, including: Standardization of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) service delivery data exchangeInteroperability between state, regional, and local technology systemsScalability of Community Care Hub efforts across Washington StateBuild and maintain strong partnerships with state agencies, providers, community organizations, and stakeholdersFinancial Stewardship (10%)Partner with the client, VP of Data Solutions, and organizational leaders to develop and manage project budgetsProvide oversight of Washington CIE program financials, including subcontractor budgets and resource allocationMonitor financial performance and support long-term sustainability planningOrganizational Leadership (10%)Foster collaboration and alignment across service lines and teams supporting the Washington CIE programSupport team development through communication, mentorship, and leadership engagementPromote organizational values, mission, and culture throughout program operationsQualificationsRequired:Master's degree (MA/MS)10+ years of experience leading high-profile, large-scale engagements with Medicaid programs and/or state health agencies5+ years of leadership and people management experienceDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesStrong operational, strategic, and financial management capabilitiesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skillsPreferred:PMP, PgMP, or related project/program management certificationExperience with health information exchange, interoperability initiatives, or community-based care coordination modelsFamiliarity with Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) programs and Community Care Hub modelsCore CompetenciesAdvanced CommunicationAdvanced Interpersonal & Relationship SkillsAdvanced Professionalism & IntegrityAdvanced Work Ethic and ReliabilityAdvanced Results OrientationIntermediate Technical ExpertiseAdvanced Project & Program ManagementWork EnvironmentPrimarily remote, home-based positionRequires reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspaceFrequent use of computers, phones, and virtual communication toolsAbility to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 poundsOccasional travel required (approximately 10%)Reasonable accommodations will be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Equal Opportunity EmployerComagine Health is an equal opportunity employer.
