Executive Director, US Market Access & Payer Strategy

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, US Market Access to lead a team of Market Access Directors. The role focuses on access strategy, pull-through for BioCryst products, and national/regional payer relationships across the United States.

The candidate will guide cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, and Patient Services to maximize access and profitability while navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer channels.
