Baylor College of Medicine seeks the inaugural Executive Director for the Kenneth L. Mattox, MD Center for Trauma and Acute Care Innovation.

This senior role demands an internationally recognized surgeon-scientist to lead translational research, clinical innovation, and commercialization efforts. The Executive Director will build and lead a multidisciplinary center, establishing a national leadership position in acute care innovation while mentoring the next generation of surgeon-scientists.
