Implement the chapter's strategic priorities in partnership with the Board and serve as the primary liaison with TiE Global.
Board and Operations
Support the Board by preparing meeting materials, tracking initiatives, coordinating committees, and managing the chapter's day to day operations.
Programs and Events
Lead the planning and execution of educational programs, networking events, mentorship initiatives, startup competitions, and special events. Oversee budgets, logistics, speakers, sponsors, and post event evaluation.
Membership and Partnerships
Recruit and engage members, volunteers, sponsors, and strategic partners. Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, universities, and ecosystem organizations to strengthen the chapter's impact.
Sponsorship and Communications
Develop sponsorship opportunities, maintain corporate relationships, and oversee marketing through email, newsletters, social media, and the website to increase visibility and engagement.
Operations & Finance
Manage the annual budget, monitor revenues and expenses, coordinate financial reporting with the Treasurer, and oversee contracts, vendors, and administrative compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in nonprofit management, entrepreneurship, business operations, or community organizations is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, relationship management, and project management skills required.
Experience managing events, budgets, and multiple stakeholders required.

Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
