Position Overview

The Springs at Beaverton is looking for an Executive Director to lead our warm and vibrant senior living community.

We seek visionary leaders who communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and are committed to always doing the right thing.

The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the community and will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Ensures adherence to community budget
• Maintains a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
• Ensures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
• Identifies service needs of all residents consistently through initial contact, screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
• Ensures service needs of all residents consistently addressed through development and implementation of service plans
• Ensures adherence to all department policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations
• Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a leader in senior living
