The RootOne initiative is led under The Jewish Education Project in New York. We seek an Executive Director with a bold vision to expand participation in immersive Israel travel for North American Jewish teens. You will guide strategy, fundraising, and program delivery, building partnerships across North America and Israel.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a diverse team, steward a $35M initiative, and elevate RootOne's presence in the Jewish community, schools, and partner organizations.
