Your Impact
As Executive Director, you’ll lead the overall success of the community—bringing together strong operations, an engaged team, financial performance, and an exceptional resident experience.
You will:
- Lead day-to-day operations and overall community performance
- Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong census
- Create an exceptional experience for residents and families
- Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure the community meets operational, regulatory, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners
What We’re Looking For
- Executive Director or Administrator experience
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills
