Responsibilities

The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and oversees the organization’s programs, partnerships, fundraising, and daily operations. The role is responsible for financial management, grant development, staff supervision, policy implementation, and ensuring organizational compliance. As the primary representative of the organization, the Executive Director builds relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and the public to advance natural resource conservation and organizational goals.
