Executive Director - Senior Living Operations & Growth

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village is seeking an Executive Director to join their team. This role oversees hands-on operations, financial performance, and staff leadership at the community level. The Executive Director reports directly to the Director of Operations and/or COO.

You will own sales and marketing processes to maximize revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain resident and family satisfaction, reporting to the Director of Operations.
