Executive Director, Senior Living Community Operations

Trustwell Living, LLC in Oregon seeks an experienced administrator to oversee daily community operations and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures. You will supervise Resident Services, Employee Partner administration, and Sales/Marketing to support occupancy.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage finances and safety standards with professionalism toward residents and staff.
