The Role
The Director is the public face and spiritual steward of our ministry. Reporting to the Board, you’ll translate our mission into daily action — leading staff and volunteers, overseeing programs and client care, driving fundraising and community outreach, and keeping the home safe, welcoming, well‑run, and financially sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the residential and St. Gianna Community programs, ensuring compassionate care and client onboarding (medical, mentoring, life-skills, housing, and more).
- Supervise, train, and mentor all staff and volunteers.
- Lead fundraising, development, and represent us with parishes, the Archdiocese, donors, and pro‑life partners.
- Manage the operating budget, records, and compliance (HIPAA, health, fire, and safety codes).
- Partner with the Board on reporting and long‑term strategy.
