Nestled on the beautiful 230-acre Mt. Augustine campus in Richfield, Regina Health Center provides compassionate, person-centered care to members of Catholic religious communities and others who desire a faith-centered environment. The Executive Director will lead a dedicated team of approximately 220 employees while partnering closely with the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine to ensure exceptional resident care, operational excellence, and stewardship of this remarkable community.

• Proven Executive Director or Nursing Home Administrator leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Active LNHA license in Ohio
• Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
• A passion for mission-driven, resident-centered care
• Ability to build relationships with staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders
