Rank MI Vote is seeking an Executive Director to steer the organization toward expanding Ranked Choice Voting in Michigan. The ED will lead fundraising efforts, manage finances, and guide a diverse volunteer and contractor team in a fully remote setting with some travel within Michigan.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in nonprofit advocacy, strong fundraising and grant-writing skills, and a passion for inclusive democracy and cross-partisan collaboration.
