Overview
Executive Director (Part‑Time). Scott’s House is seeking a part‑time Executive Director (ED) to work with key staff, volunteers, and the Board to advance its mission to provide a free social‑model hospice residence serving Santa Fe and northern NM. The ED oversees services, operations, and financial management, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Qualifications
- BA required and 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Must embrace Scotts House’s mission.
Other Information & Requirements
- The organization is based in Santa Fe.
- Work arrangement is hybrid, split between working remotely and on‑site at our facility in Santa Fe.
- Local travel is required, and occasional travel outside of Santa Fe may be needed.
