Executive Director, Regional 911 & Public Safety Dispatch

Jeffcom 911, Jefferson County’s regional emergency communications center, seeks an Executive Director to lead a 136‑person team serving 600,000 residents across Jefferson and Clear Creek Counties. The role reports to an eight‑member Board, with accountability for strategic direction, operations, and financial stewardship.

The Executive Director will guide technology, policies, and partnerships to ensure world‑class emergency communications services and organizational sustainability for the
