Ingleside is seeking an Executive Director to lead BayWoods of Annapolis, a premier continuing care retirement community. The ED will be hands-on, resident-focused, and will drive strategic plans while stewarding governance with residents and a high-performing team.
Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s is preferred, with at least seven years of senior living/healthcare leadership experience and three years in a CCRC/LPC. NHA license preferred.
