Executive Director, Post-Award Grant Operations

Morgan State University is seeking an executive director to oversee Post Award Grant Operations, ensuring financial management of grants and compliance with funding rules. Responsibilities include budgeting/forecasting, revenue and expenditure monitoring, and overseeing grant close processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least eight years of grant budgeting and accounting experience, with CPA preferred.
