We are expanding and seeking an Executive Director to lead our team.

You Will Make an Impact By
- Positively promoting Vance Thompson Vision within the communities we serve.
- Overseeing and supporting day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Understanding patient flow and the various clinical support roles, maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Developing, establishing, and reviewing clinical operations and procedures in line with VTV policies.
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and feedback to implement continuous operational improvement.
- Acting as liaison and facilitating communication between doctors, management, and all team members.
- Evaluating opportunities and recommending capital and efficiency improvements.
- Mentoring, training, supervising, and developing staff to achieve high performance.
- Communicating regularly, proactively, and clearly at all levels of the organization.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; Master of Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in clinic or healthcare leadership (preferred).
