Summary The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and chief fundraising officer of Open Doors, providing strategic leadership to advance the organization's mission of serving individuals experiencing homelessness and other hardship through low-barrier shelter, navigation, and supportive services.

Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability through philanthropic development, sound financial stewardship, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and effective governance. The Executive Director serves as the public face of the organization, cultivating relationships with donors, government partners, foundations, businesses, faith communities, and the broader community.

The Executive Director directly supervises the Operations Manager, Operations & Administrative Coordinator, Marketing & Development Coordinator, and Client Services Advocate.

Open Doors operates critical, year-round services that support some of the community's most vulnerable residents. This position requires a mission-driven executive who is equally comfortable cultivating major donors, leading organizational strategy, responding to operational challenges, and representing the organization publicly in a variety of unique capacities.
