Executive Director of Development, Greater Philadelphia

Teach For America is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Development for the Greater Philadelphia area. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with private donors, manage the development team, and develop strategies that set the vision for fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in fundraising and development, with proven success in donor management and revenue generation.
