The Executive Director of Anesthesia Services provides enterprise-wide leadership and end-to-end operational accountability for anesthesia services across 11 community hospitals spanning multiple markets statewide. Reporting to the Chief Physician Executive, this role holds full P&L responsibility for an approximately $80M service line and partners in a dyad model with the Chief Anesthesia Medical Director. This senior executive role requires deep expertise in anesthesia operations, financial management, and multi-site service line leadership.
