Executive Director

Salary Range: $60,000 - $67,000

Buffalo Peace House (BPH) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead strategic initiatives and strengthen programs, partnerships, fundraising, and organizational sustainability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide hands‑on leadership while advancing the organization’s mission and long‑term goals. Experience in nonprofit leadership, social services, housing, immigration, fundraising, or community-based organizations is highly valued.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized, and collaborative leader with experience managing programs, staff, volunteers, or nonprofit operations. They will be skilled at building trusted relationships with diverse community partners, stakeholders, donors, and community members, and bring familiarity with fundraising, donor relations, grants, financial administration, and organizational operations.

Required: Valid NYS driver’s license, clean driving record, personal vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
