The Executive Director will provide overall leadership for the community, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident satisfaction while fostering a positive culture for residents, families, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for daily community operations.
• Ensure exceptional resident care, service, and satisfaction across all departments.
• Drive occupancy growth through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support department leaders and team members.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue goals.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.
• Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement operational best practices.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic objectives and achieve community goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
• Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and team performance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within senior living.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and business management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively balance resident care, employee engagement, and operational performance.
• Results‑oriented leader with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
