Executive Director — Natural Resources District

Upper Big Blue Natural Resources District (NRD) in York, Nebraska, seeks a General Manager to serve as chief executive and supervising officer. You will lead a multi-department public organization focused on groundwater, conservation, flood-control, parks, and education.

The successful candidate will have strong judgment, excellent written and oral communication, and experience managing staff and budgets in collaboration with an elected Board and the public.
