Responsibilities
- Direct the pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle medical strategy for oncology pipeline.
- Bridge different cross functional teams for successful therapeutic adoption.
- Oversee medical education, data generation, and external collaborations to maximize patient impact.
- Co‑develop and execute a comprehensive, long‑term pre‑ and peri‑launch medical plan.
- Translate medical strategy into actionable regional/local launch tactics.
- Lead operationalization of the Medical Launch Readiness Framework.
- Map, establish, and maintain trusted relationships with Tier‑1 Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
- Advanced degree required: PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, with at least 5+ years supporting oncology product launches and lifecycle management.
- Deep therapeutic knowledge and proven ability to influence without authority, manage budgets and lead cross‑functional matrix teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written scientific communication skills with ability to distill complex clinical data into digestible strategies.
- Experience at a biotech company navigating first or second product launch.
- Exposure to HEOR, RWE, or registry evidence generation in a field setting.
