Executive Director, Marketing & Communications

City Year Bay Area is seeking a Managing Director, Marketing and Communications to lead strategy for marketing, communications, brand, and external engagement. This role supports mission, visibility, fundraising, school partnerships, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.

Eight+ years in marketing/communications with at least three years in team leadership are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
