The Tampa JCCs and Federation seeks an Executive Director to lead its JCCs, grow membership and programs, supervise operations, and fundraise. The ED will be a key public face, with input across departments and a focus on Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC and JCC North Campus.
Ideal candidates have JCC or Jewish communal experience, strong leadership, and a track record of donor cultivation and organizational growth in a complex nonprofit setting.
