We are looking for a Director IT Infrastructure day to day duties
Responsibilities Include:
Lead execution of an existing organizational transformation roadmap.
Implement recommendations resulting from a comprehensive organizational assessment.
Drive accountability, professionalism, and operational discipline throughout the department.
Evaluate organizational effectiveness and implement structural improvements.
Make personnel, staffing, and organizational decisions as necessary.
Address performance management issues through coaching, corrective action, reassignment, or separation in accordance with university policies.
Restructure reporting relationships and operational responsibilities where appropriate.
Stabilize operations while maintaining continuity of critical IT services.
Improve collaboration between teams and campus stakeholders.
Establish governance, communication, and decision-making processes.
Supervise managers, supervisors, and technical staff.
Manage budgets, departmental priorities, and resource allocation.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $92.50/hr.
