Executive Director — IP Firm Strategy & Operations

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, a leading IP law firm in the Washington, DC area, seeks an Executive Director to oversee all administrative operations in a high production environment for IP prosecution. The role supports managers and staff in administration, HR, accounting, finance, IT, marketing, and facilities.

The position is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Executive Committee; the firm plans for a smooth transition with overlap during leadership change in Spring 2027.
