Leading the HR operating model and workforce governance framework, the full-time Executive Director, HR Operations will manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations remotely, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and business objectives. Key responsibilities Transform HR service delivery through process optimization, technology enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with executive leaders to assess workforce structures and provide recommendations that support business objectives and sustainable growth Oversee HR operational activities, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management across Canada and the United States Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-site operations across Canada and the United States 7 to 10 years in senior leadership roles (Director, Senior Director or equivalent) Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leaders on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness Strong understanding of Employment standards legislation in both Canada and the US
