Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Unit Director responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling department functions and activities in a hospital environment. You will lead engineering staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of hospital engineering maintenance at director or assistant director
