Serving the community for over 30 years, the facility has an outdoor pool and splash pad, a large wellness center with all new equipment including EGYM, group exercise rooms, kids zone, outdoor basketball/pickleball courts, outdoor sports field and classrooms for all types of programs. The branch is an integral part of the community with several key partnerships with community organizations. The branch has an advisory council who are committed to our Philanthropic and Community Development work. The Association and Branch are impacting the community with a focus on Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.Position Summary This position, as top administrative branch staff in an Association actively engaged in many national Y initiatives, is responsible for day-to-day general administration of the branch including staff supervision and coaching, budgeting, expense control, income generation, program development and quality control, and committee development, community relations, collaborations, long-range planning and facility maintenance. The position provides direct supervision to the Hernando County branch. Ability to direct total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and program development.

Experience in management and development of volunteer involvement; ability to recruit top community leaders. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Proven track record of developing authentic relationships with others. Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations. Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills. Must meet YMCA of the Suncoast driving criteria.
