Executive Director, Health Foundation — Lead Transformative Fundraising

Horizon Health Foundation in Paris, Illinois, is recruiting an Executive Director to lead and grow the foundation's fundraising program, forging strong donor and community partnerships in support of Horizon Health’s mission.
