Hard Rock Las Vegas, a forthcoming luxury resort on the Las Vegas Strip, seeks an Executive Director of Front Services to lead Bell, Door, Valet and Parking operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

Reporting to the VP, Resort Operations, you will drive workforce planning, training, and process improvements, while managing budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance across multi-department front services in a high-end hospitality environment.
