We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership within the assisted living or senior care industry, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the facility operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality assisted living services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a senior leadership role within assisted living or senior care.
- In-depth knowledge of assisted living regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a compassionate and resident-centered care environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
- Possess an Assisted Living Manager license (Maryland)
