The Fort Wayne Music Office is Allen County’s official leader in expanding and “Supporting Our City’s Sound”. It is seeking an Executive Director who is the founding leader of the Fort Wayne Music Office. This role drives the implementation of the Fort Wayne/Allen County Music Economy Strategy, builds the Office’s operational foundation, and leads the growth of the region’s music economy.

The Executive Director is the founding leader of the Fort Wayne Music Office. This role drives the implementation of the Fort Wayne/Allen County Music Economy Strategy, builds the Office’s operational foundation, and leads the growth of the region’s music economy. As the sole initial staff member, the Executive Director must be a highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial builder who can independently set priorities, launch initiatives, and cultivate partnerships across government, industry, and the community.

Salary, Exempt, Full Time Position. Offers a competitive salary commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience. Starting at $100,000/year.
