Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership, expertise, and support for Executive Non-Degree Programs within the Scheller College of Business. Responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding Georgia Tech’s Executive Education portfolio, including custom and open enrollment offerings. Establish departmental goals, determine resource needs, assess performance, and provide feedback to ensure operational excellence and revenue achievement. This position will interact regularly with faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate clients. The position typically will advise and counsel faculty, staff, and corporate partners and supervise assigned staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify new market opportunities, build partnerships with corporate clients, and expand program reach regionally and globally. Drive revenue generation through proactive business development, competitive pricing, and strategic positioning of programs to meet evolving market needs.
• Develop in‑person and online open enrollment programs, increase participation, and explore new curriculum opportunities.
• Collaborate with other leaders in all aspects of academic issues, curricular design, faculty assignments, and program innovations.
• Serve as external representative for the programs to prospective candidates, clients, alumni, executives, and business leaders.
• Establish vision for operational excellence.
• Establish policies, protocols, and procedures to streamline and consistently improve programs.
• Manage internal functions of program office, including budgetary oversight, financial and operational reporting, etc.
• Lead the executive education team and manage staff functions and development.
• Maintain and cultivate corporate partnerships to ensure high-quality customized programs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience: Ten or more years of job-related experience.

Skills: Knowledge, skills, and abilities: skills in sales, revenue generation, marketing, management, organization, leadership, customer service, budget administration, and the use of office-related computer applications. General management skills in business development, coaching, communication, and decision-making within an academic context.

Additional Requirements

Job Grade: A14. Location: Atlanta, GA. Salary Range: $127,257 – $173,068 annually. Position notes: Supervisory; has financial responsibilities; may travel; requires purchasing card (P‑Card). Background check required.
