Executive Director — Education & Community Growth

IDEA Public Schools is seeking an Executive Director for the Greater Cincinnati region to serve as the senior regional leader, accountable for student outcomes, enrollment growth, financial sustainability, and community presence, and to be a full member of the IPS leadership team.

This leadership role requires collaboration with school leaders, families, and community partners to advance IDEA's mission while upholding compliance and equity standards within the region.
